How fast is your website?
You might think your website speed really isn’t that important when it comes to your Facebook presence, but think again.
How fast is your website?
It’s around 11 AM, my bag is ready, I’ve taken my first few sips of the new pre-workout blend I recently bought (so tasty, yum!), and I’m halfway through the door.
This is how my Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday starts. You’re right; I go to the gym 5x/week for a few years now. And I love every second of it.
I haven’t taken a good photo of my progress for months now, but here’s one from 1.5 years ago:
A few weeks ago I bought myself a nail polish in the color of our car. Yes, I am that crazy, you better believe it.
I wanted to take it a step further as I always do. So I went to the store to buy a Matte Top Coat just to complement the beautiful color of my nails. Found the Top Coat in under 10 minutes (RECORD!) and I was off.
Just as I was leaving the store, there was a man standing in front of it and giving away some pamphlets to everyone. And I mean everyone.
What was going on? And what has this to do with…targeting?
When you want to reach an audience that was pretty much unreachable to your business before, you turn to social media advertising. When you exhaust your audience and want to get closer to new group of people for a minimum price, social media advertising is the answer.
Social media advertising is incredibly effective when infiltrating into new groups of people, spreading value and bringing your target audience closer to you with every step.
But it’s not as easy as it sounds. Not even at the beginning.
Facebook’s Lead Ads recently became available through their Advertising Manager tool. Before that, you could only access this feature through Power Editor, which is painful to use, especially if you’re just starting with Facebook Ads.
Life’s too short to use tools with a horrible user interface.
That new update brought hordes of people knocking on Facebook’s door, eager to try these lead ads out.
If you’re one of those people, here’s everything you should know about Facebook Lead Ads before you get started.
But let’s pretend you have no idea what I’m talking about. Let’s start at the beginning. Because you can never miss with that approach.
Should consultants pay to get leads? Why? And … how on earth can you do it effectively?
A friend of mine sent me this provocative Reddit post about a week ago. My eyes almost popped out of my skull because I rolled them so hard.
TLDR: A user called Dontbromebrah (I love his name btw) is telling people how to achieve the mythical 1 cent FB Ad clicks. That means you can create an ad and pay just 1 cent (or less!) for a click. I mean, it makes perfect sense, right? No matter what it is, we all want the best for the least amount of money. “1 cent Facebook Ad Clicks? WOAAAAH, where do I sign up?”
STOP RIGHT THERE. This sounds too good to be true, right? Trust me when I tell you that if you’re thinking of trying this yourself, you’re in it for a wiiild ride. And by wild I mean unpleasant and money-losing ride. Bear with me.
“Is promoting posts a good idea? Should we do it? Or is it just money thrown away?” I get this asked a lot. A lot of my clients weren’t promoting posts prior working with my agency, but after showing them results a good promotion can bring, they were amazed. The majority of my clients are now promoting on a regular basis. But promoting isn’t always a great idea. Here’s why.
